On the afternoon of July 29th, the signing ceremony of Strategic Cooperation between Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) and China Institute for Innovation & Development Strategy (CIIDS) was held on the Baiyun campus of GDUFS. On behalf of two sides, SHI Youqi, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of GDUFS, and WANG Boyong, Vice President and Secretary General of CIIDS, signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement. The signing ceremony was presided over by HE Chuantian, Vice President of GDUFS.

At this meeting, SHI Youqi introduced the development and discipline characteristics of the university. Then, WANG Boyong introduced the development history of CIIDS and the significance of "understanding China". He said that this cooperation is at the right time and has great practical significance.
