On October 23, 2024, TANG Rui, Deputy Chairperson of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) and Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, led a delegation to Sun Yat-sen University for a research and exchange visit. The delegation was composed of XIAO Feng, Chairperson of School of Business (SoB) and Executive Vice Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of GDUFS, and LIU Fanglong, Associate Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The delegation was received by TAI Zhongzhi, Vice President of Sun Yat-sen University, WEN Guanghao, Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee and Chairperson of Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen Campus), CHEN Wenbo, Director of the General Affairs Office and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen Campus), and LI Guangzhong, Dean of the Business School (Entrepreneurship School) at Sun Yat-sen University. During the visit, the two sides held open discussions on party-building, the role of the Entrepreneurship School in supporting the development of SoB, and strategies for faculty recruitment and development.
