On July 22, 2023, the final of the 4th International Business School Speech Challenge (South China Round), hosted by School of Business, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (hereinafter referred to as SoB, GDUFS), was successfully completed. 19 contestants from 10 universities in South China gathered at the foot of Baiyun Mountain. On the meticulously prepared “International Speech Stage” by SoB, GDUFS, they competed, exchanged, and learned together! The activity was reported by multiple mainstream media.

Since the launch of the 4th IBSC South China Division on May 28, SoB, GDUFS, has established a preparation team. Over more than two months, they worked intensively on event organization, closely connected with MBA federations of sister institutions in South China, promoted the spirit of the competition, and received an enthusiastic response from MBA students in the region. As Executive Dean YUAN Denghua of SoB stated at the launch ceremony, the IBSC has become a grand exchange event for young forces in China’s economy. The event has connected numerous outstanding entrepreneurs and distinguished figures across various industries, continuously amplifying its social impact.
