To deeply study and implement the education campaign on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, broaden students’ horizons, and enhance their social practice capabilities, on August 25, the Hong Kong Baptist University 2022 MBA Guangzhou Class visited GAC Group for a corporate visit and exchange activity. Following the footsteps of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection of GAC Aion Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GAC Aion) and GAC R & D Center, they entered the intelligent manufacturing site of a leading new energy vehicle enterprise, visited the Intelligent Networking Center and the Concept & Styling Review Room at the GAC R&D Center, learned the stories behind intelligent driving, and experienced the infinite charm of independent innovation. The activity also included a visit to GAC-CATL Power Battery System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GAC-CATL), exploring the manufacturing principles of new energy batteries. Professor YUAN Denghua, Executive Dean of SoB, LUO Hongxia, Chairperson of the GAC R&D Center, LI Wenying, Chairperson of the GAC Aion, HU Yuxiong, Financial Deputy General Manager of GAC-CATL, and over 30 students from the 2022 MBA Guangzhou Class participated in this practical activity.
