On the afternoon of March 19, 2025, School of Business (SoB) successfully held the 81st Business Academic Forum. This event featured Professor LIN Zhibin from Durham University Business School, who delivered a lecture titled “How Suppliers Respond to Trade Frictions and Improve Performance: A Perspective of Artificial Intelligence and Customer Engagement”. The lecture was chaired by Associate Professor SUN Hailong, Director of the Graduate Office of SoB. The forum focused on global economic trends amid China–U.S. trade frictions, response strategies for corporate management, and the application of artificial intelligence in academic research. It provided participants with both cutting-edge perspectives and practical insights.
