On the afternoon of August 29th, the inauguration ceremony for 2022 freshmen was held on the online platform. In order to conduct pandemic prevention and control required by the government, the ceremony was held both online and offline.

Firstly, on behalf of SoB, ZHU Wenzhong extended his warm welcome and sincere congratulations to the 2022 freshmen. He encouraged them to uphold patrioticism, maintain youthful ideals, abide by laws and regulations, build self-reliance and strength, consolidate knowledge foundation, and devote themselves to social practice. After that, WU Shuyi, representative of the sophomore, and LIU Ziying, representative of the freshmen, made their speeches.

To help the freshmen get a better understanding of the eduation program for each major and plan their career path in advance, SoB held a professional education meeting after the inauguration ceremony, which improved freshmen’s understanding on each major, and provided guidance to their plan for the future and profession education.
