On July 19, the third lecture of the high-end training program for Guangdong Silk-Tex Group entitled “Advanced Concept and Practical Operations of Corporate Performance Management” started. The activity was attended by Mr. Xu Sijun, general manager of Guangdong Silk-Tex Group, Mr. Lin Shuhan, vice party secretary of Guangdong Silk-Tex Group and Mr. Ying Guoqiang, vice general manager of Guangdong Silk-Tex Group. Chaired by Mr. Lin Shuhan, the training invited Professor Yuan Denghua, vice dean of GSB as the speaker.

Professor Yuan brought about the topic of performance management through guiding the students to think about “how can a business achieve sustainable development”. The whole course was taught based on two aspects: advanced concept and practical operations of performance management. His passionate, humorous and illuminating lecture was acclaimed unanimously by the students.

There are in total eight special topics for the training. The latest one was the third topic of the whole training.
