In October 27^th, Professor  Stephen Nicholas, tenured professor and former Deputy Vice Chancellor of University  of Newcastle, Australia, visited School of Business of GDUFS(GSB) and gave a  lecture to the teachers and students on "Chinese Foreign Direct  Investment" at invitation. The lecture was one of the 50^th  anniversary series of academic activities, which was also listed as one of  the Global Vision projects in Guangdong province. The lecture enjoyed a warm  atmosphere where the teachers and students had a positive interaction with  Stephen Nicholas.

Before the lecture, Zhu Wenzhong, Executive  Dean of GSB and Liang Jie, Vice Dean of GSB had an informal discussion with  Stephen Nicholas. Zhu Wenzhong, on behalf of the school, expressed his warm  welcome to Stephen Nicholas on his visit and appreciated him for his concern  and support for the development of GDUFS and GSB. The two sides exchanged  in-depth views and shared experience in the formulation of school's  development programs and management, accreditation, and the establishment of  characteristic MBA specialty.
