On the afternoon of October 27, 2017, the Center for Latin America Studies of School of Business held a seminar at the MBA Education Center in the north campus of GDUFS, where ten teachers and eight students from the Center attended. The seminar was presided over by Dean Zhu Wenzhong.

 

First of all, Dean Zhu conveyed the spirit of the meeting organized by the Record Center of the Ministry of Education, emphasizing that as one of the record bases of the Ministry of Education, the Center for Latin America Studies should cover there search not only in economy and trade, but also in language, culture,philosophy, system, etc. At the same time, the research should focus on certain countries and regions.

 

 

Then, ProfessorLi Yongning of School of Business reviewed the achievements made in the compilationof the 2016 Blue Book and reflected on details could be improved. Basedon the discussion with the participants, Professor Li determined the schedule for the 2017 Blue Book.

  

 

Afterwards,through discussing with the participants, Dean Zhu finalized a basic plan forthe annual work arrangement for the center as a whole, including the center management and website construction.

  

 

In the last part of free discussion, participants made positive suggestions on the construction and future development of the Center.
