On the morning of November 16, 49 newly employed staff in 2017 of Navigation Guarantee Center of South China Sea (NGCS) MOT came to GUDFS.
Initial training class for 2017 newly employed staff of NGCSMOT, which was held by NGCSMOT,sponsored by School of Business, GDUFS,and organized by Leadership Empowerment and Organization Development (LEO) Research Center of SOB, GDUFS, was successfully opened in the MBA Building of the North campus.

Party Secretary of NGCS Xiao Ming, Director of Personnel Education Luo Siming, Vice President of GDUFS Jiao Fangtai, Party Secretary of SOB Li Hua, Vice Dean Qiu Weinian of SOB and Vice Party Secretary Luo Haiyang attended the opening ceremony. Qiu Weinian presided over the ceremony.
Vice President Jiao Fangtai made a brief introduction of the development of GDUFS and SOB, and said he was glad to see the trainees become GDUFS alumni. He sincerely hoped that trainees could grasp this opportunity of leaning, make full use of the high-quality platform provided by GDUFS and smoothly shift their identities to the navigators of South China Sea.
Party Secretary of NGCS Xiao Ming gave apep-talk. Xiao Ming introduced the basic situation of the NGSC, looked forward navigation guarantee work of South China Sea in the new era, and emphasized that the training is to respond the need to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress. He placed high expectations on the newly employed staff and proposed three requirements: first, be strict with them selves with high standards, obey rules and follow commands; second, be serious with learning task and establish a life-long learning idea;third, be united and cooperative and do well in the initial training to lay asolid foundation in the coming career.
The training lasted for 35 days and adopted the “semi-enclosedand paramilitary” method. SOB and LEO Research Center made a well-designed faculty team consisting of business experts, university professors and military instructors for the 49 newly employed staff, and constructed a training curriculum system with theory, practice and capability combined as one.
