In December, 2018, Associate Professor Zhang Haina from Lancaster University,came to SOB for her one-month stay to give academic lectures and conduct teaching exchange activities at the invitation ofthe school. In recent two weeks, Prof. Zhang taught students from Business Administration Department the selective course “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice”. She delivered five wonderful academic lectures: “Learning and Development”, “Human Resource Management”, and ”Teamwork” for undergraduates, and “International Human Resource Management” and “How to Publish Qualitative Paper” for graduate students. SOB attaches great importance to Prof. Zhang’s lectures and exchanges during her visit to the school and the leaders and teachers of the school have discussed several times with her, seeking to explore appropriate patterns for future cooperation. The academic exchanges have received wide recognition and welcome from the teachers and students of SOB, which demonstrates that the active exploration and effective practice of the Department of Business Administration in promoting teaching reform and curriculum construction have yielded tangible results.
