On the noon of March 7, the Management Department of GDUFS held a meeting at the MBA Center in the North Campus to arrange the construction ofBusinessAdministration discipline according to the relevant work deployment of that discipline. Attendees were Vice President HE Chuantian, relevant leaders in charge of Management Department and branch leaders. The Vice President HE Chuantian hosted the meeting. He stressed that Business Administration of GDUFS is a key discipline ofHigh-level University Construction in Guangdong Province, therefore discipline construction should be paid enough attention. The Vice Dean of SOB ZENG Chuhong gave a report on the recent preparation of applying for thedoctora station of Business Administration and on the main difficulties. Complementary speeches were delivered by Professor ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of SOB, Professor YU Pengyi, Dean of School of Accounting, Professor YI Xingjian, Dean of School of Finance, Professor LI Qing, Director of Collaborative Innovation Center for 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road Studies, and Professor WANG Jun, Vice Dean of School of Economics and Trade. The meeting has laid a ground forthe construction of Business Administration discipline.
