Onthe afternoon of May 23, 2019, the 4th Business AcademicForum was held inRoom 366 of School of Business. At the invitation of SOB,Professor Cui Geng and Associate Professor Peng Ling from Lingnan University delivered speeches respectively entitled“The Faces of Success: Beauty and Ugliness Premium on the Commerce Platform” and“A Multi-facet Item Response Theory Approach to Improve Customer Satisfaction Using Online Product Ratings”. Professor Zhu Wenzhong,Dean of SOB, attended the forum and gave a welcome speech. The forum was hosted by Doctor Liu Fanglong. The themes of the forum were quite interesting and the professors and the students were actively involved in the discussion, promoting the academic exchanges between them.
