GDUFS has designated the year 2019 as the "Year for Improving the Quality of Graduate Education". SOB held an Academic Master Supervisor Meeting on July 5, in order to strengthen the discipline construction, enhance the guidance of supervisors, and promote the quality of graduate education, and more than 30 tutors attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the leader in charge, Professor ZENG Chuhong. First, Dean ZHU Wenzhong introduced the opportunities and challenges faced by GDUFS business management discipline. Then, Professor ZENG Chuhong, Vice Dean of SOB, reported on the problems of business management discipline in the 4th China University Subject Rankings (CUSR) and the key indicators of the 5th CUSR. SOB revised the education program and standards for master's degree, with emphasis on the management of the system. It would also launch the school-level joint research project between teachers and students. The meeting also informed the admissions catalog of SOB for academic master's degree in 2020 and the exploration on the supervisorgroup mechanism.
