In October 2019, "Month of Undergraduate Teaching Quality 2019" lecture and Business Administration Discipline at SOB lecture series kicked off. On the afternoon of October 10, the first lecture of the series, "Talent Cultivation System of Business Administration Discipline at SOB", was given in Room F215 of the teaching building. ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of SOB, was the main speaker and MENG Ding, Director of the Business Administration Department, hosted this lecture. First, Director MENG Ding explained the development and basic structure of the Business Administration Discipline at SOB. Then Dean ZHU Wenzhong introduced to the students the distinct advantages and necessity of the teaching model and the discipline training system of SOB, indicating that SOB should strengthen the building of the discipline training system, improve practical teaching, and build up the English immersion teaching stuff. He answered students' questions and put forward some suggestions. This lecture helped the students have a deeper understanding of SOB's talent cultivation.
