On October 10, SOB held a Party lecture with ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of SOB, as the speaker and MENG Ding, professor of SOB, as the host, aiming to study XI Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, cultivate and practice core socialist values, and improve students' ideological and political awareness. First, Dean ZHU Wenzhong introduced the purpose and significance of this lecture. Focusing on the cultivation of global business talents and the nurture of character and qualities, he covered four topics including the orientation, vision and mission of talent cultivation in SOB, five methods of talent construction, summary of the challenges faced by SOB and ways to make further improvement. All the students actively asked questions and Dean ZHU Wenzhong answered each question with patience. In this lecture, students reaped benefits and got inspiration for their study and work in the future.
