On March 19, 2020, School of Business held an online meeting about department construction and undergraduate teaching for the new semester, which was chaired by Vice Dean DING Hao. Dean ZHU Wenzhong, Directors of various departments (divisions), Assistant Directors and staff of Academic Affairs Office attended the meeting.

Vice Dean DING Hao first introduced the progress of the preparations for online teaching at SOB, and emphasized the efficient and orderly start of online teaching on March 23 through cooperation. Then, according to the schedule of important matters in the new semester raised by Ms. LU Wenjie, DING reminded the department (division) heads to strengthen contacts with students to ensure the smooth completion of the matters. The meeting focused on the matters related to the application and construction of national first-class specialty. Dean ZHU Wenzhong pointed out that SOB has made some new achievements in scientific research and other aspects in 2019, and that two specialties—Human Resource Management and E-commerce, should be actively prepared, and strive to build national first-class specialties. Staff from all departments (divisions) actively discussed these matters.At last, Dean ZHU Wenzhong made a summary and hoped that the participants would implement the spirit of the meeting to ensure the smooth development of teaching activities in the new semester.
