On September 17, 2020, the 16th Academic Forum about Business Studies was carried out in the meeting room 366, the faculties building. The forum was held in a way that combined online and offline operations. Professor HE Xuan, Doctoral Supervisor of School of Economics and Trade, GDUFS, was the speaker, and Liu Fanglong, Associate Professor of SOB, presided over the forum. Many professors, doctoral students, and master students attended the forum and discussed on academic issues. At the forum, ZENG Chuhong, Associate Dean of SOB, encouraged young teachers to set up related academic lectures. Professor HE Xuan started his topic named "Couldthe Private Sector Entering the High-Barrier Industry Be Seen as an Indicator Suggesting the Progress of Market Reform? --An Empirical Research Based on the Analysis of Dynamic Panel Data from Listed Companies". During the communication session, teachers and students had in-depth discussions and exchanges. Subsequently, Professor HE Xuan shared his special opinion about the contribution procedure of top academic journals around the world, which benefited everyone at the forum.
