On September 20th, SOB held the first ideological and political course of "Learning the History of the CPC · Being Grateful to the CPC · Strengthening Confidence in the CPC". The lecture was delivered by WEI Chuanwen, Party Secretary of SOB, with teacher YIN Yishan as the host. All SOB freshmen of 2020 participated in the lecture. WEI Chuanwen led the students to review the glorious history and development of the CPC. Combining with the special circumstances of this year's pandemic, he also demonstrated the spirit of selfless dedication and the purpose of serving the people of the Chinese Communists. This ideological and political course carried out education on the values and principles of the CPC to all freshmen of 2020, helping them to clarify the direction of future efforts. On September 20th, SOB held an online lecture of "The First Ideological and Political Course: The Cultivation and the Moral Conduct Construction of Global Business Talents". The lecture was delivered by ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of SOB, with teacher YIN Yishan as the host. All the SOB freshmen of 2020 participated in the lecture. In the lecture, ZHU Wenzhong introduced the basic situation of SOB, and the important achievements of its scientific talent training system and the development of SOB, as well as SOB's training mode and implementation path for undergraduates. He stressed that SOB of GDUFS has always insisted on fostering virtue through education, and focusing on cultivating ideological and political awareness and moral conduct of undergraduates. At the end of the lecture, ZHU Wenzhong extended his best wishes to the students. And the online lecture was successfully concluded.
