On the afternoon of September 28, 2020, SOB held a collective study on the third volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" in Room 360 of the Department Building. SOB leaders, Directors, Secretary of Faculty Party Branch, and teacher representatives attended the meeting. Party Secretary WEI Chuanwen chaired the meeting. At the meeting, WEI Chuanwen pointed out that it is necessary to learn, understand and practice Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, systematically master the standpoints, views, and methodologies of Marxism, strengthen the “four consciousnesses” and the “four matters of confidence“, and achieve the "two matters of maintenance". WEI Chuanwen emphasized that all Party branches should carry out in-depth learning activities, earnestly study the original text and read the original works. At the same time, SOB will invite experts and scholars to conduct special seminars and related learning exchanges. It is hoped that all teachers and students can use CPC’s innovative theories to arm their minds and guide their practice, as well as promote their work.
