On the morning of October 18, 2020, the quality promotion seminar for the start-up business managers of Guangdong Province was held in the Northern Campus of GDUFS, which was sponsored by Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province, jointly hosted by SOB and Leadership Empowerment and Organization Development Research Center (LEO) of GDUFS, and co-organized by LEO of Guangdong Province.

The opening ceremony of the seminar was attended by JIAO Fangtai, Vice President of GDUFS, ZHANG Qi, Deputy Director of Entrepreneurship Guidance Office of Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province, QIU Weinian, Dean of Institute of Advanced Continuing Education, Open College School of Electronic Sports and Director of LEO, key research base of GDUFS, WEI Chuanwen, Party Secretary of SOB, GDUFS, YUAN Denghua, Vice Dean of SOB, GDUFS, and LIU Lina, Chief of Entrepreneurship Guidance Office of Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province. The opening ceremony was presided over by Vice Dean YUAN Denghua. First of all, Director QIU Weinian delivered a welcome speech. Then, YAO Bin, a student of this seminar, made a speech as the representative of all students.

After the opening ceremony, all members participated in the study of "Leadership in the New Era" delivered by Professor QIU Weinian and "Sharing and Exchange Meeting of Entrepreneur Management" attended by many entrepreneur guests.

SOB and LEO of GDUFS carefully designed an entrepreneurial talent training system for the students of the 6th Yunshan Entrepreneurship, whose teaching team composed of high-end experts of industry-university-research. The training system, a combination of theory, practice and ability, provided students with all aspects of the teaching for quality promotion in an all-round way.
