On the afternoon of October 18, 2020, the graduation ceremony of 2019 quality promotion seminar for the start-up business managers by Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province was held at the International Conference Hall of the Administrative Building of the North Campus. The seminar was mainly sponsored by Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guangdong Province, jointly hosted by SOB and Leadership Empowerment and Organization Development Research Center (LEO) of GDUFS, and co-organized by LEO of Guangdong Province. After 12 months of hard study, the excellent start-up operators have achieved fruitful results of learning, and graduated smoothly! This project stimulated students' understanding of innovation and start-up business through multi-dimensions such as curriculum system, powerful teachers, richness of activities and depth of interaction. According to the characteristics of students' business development and different courses, the project designed class work pertinently to inspire students to put what they had learned into practice, integrate knowledge and practice, and bring class thinking back into business management, so as to make them grow and develop continuously on their journey of entrepreneurship in the future.
