On the morning of October 24, the annual conference "Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Context of Great Changes" hosted by SOB of GDUFS was held in Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center. This annual conference is sponsored by the Technology and Innovation Management Professional Committee and the Entrepreneurship and SME Management Professional Committee of Chinese Academy of Management. The conference was carried out in a combined online and offline manner, with renowned scholars and experts in the field of technological innovation and entrepreneurship from more than 20 universities across China, including Peking University and Tsinghua University attended the conference. Vice President JIAO Fangtai, Dean ZHU Wenzhong, Party Secretary WEI Chuanwen, Vice Deans ZENG Chuhong and XU Yiqing of GDUFS, Dean YU Pengyi of the School of Accounting, and Professor LI Qing, Secretary General of Guangdong Institute of Strategic Studies attended the opening ceremony. Professor CAI Li of Jilin University presided over the opening ceremony.The conference included sub-forums on "Innovation and Entrepreneurship under Uncertainty and Dual Innovation Education", "System, Policy and Innovation and Entrepreneurship", and "Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Micro Mechanisms in the Digital Context", and held a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Special Committee on Entrepreneurship and the Board of Directors of the Special Committee on Innovation.

This annual conference was held against the background of the accelerated development of the new round of global technological and industrial revolution, the digital economy becoming the core engine driving China's economic development, and the deep adjustment of the international system and order. It aimed to conduct an in-depth discussion on how Chinese enterprises can scientifically carry out technological innovation and entrepreneurial activities in the context of the great changes to effectively meet the challenges and fully grasp the opportunities of the times.
