At 2pm November 25th, 2020, the granting ceremony of the internship base jointly built by SOB and China Overseas Property Development (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Overseas Property") was successfully held in the Guangzhou headquarters of China Overseas Property. WEI Chuanwen, Party Secretary, Shen Changxia, Deputy Party Secretary, Meng Ding, Director of the Department of Business Administration, Luo Yiying, Counselor of Student Affairs Office, and Lu Wenjie, Secretary of Academic Affairs attended the ceremony. Chen Tianzhu, director of HR department of China Overseas Property, Yang Bo, marketing director of marketing planning department, and Lan Jun, manager of HR department warmly welcomed the guests from the School of Business.

At the beginning of January this year, delegation of China Overseas Property Guangzhou Company were invited to SOB to discuss and signed a cooperation agreement between the School of Business of GDUFS and China Overseas Property Development (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd on building the internship base. At the forum of the granting ceremony, both sides had an in-depth exchange on the work progress since the signing of the agreement and the ideas of future cooperation and development. In the future, SOB will continue to carry out closer exchanges and cooperation with China Overseas Property Co., Ltd., to reach a win-win situation between industry and learning, and provide more high-quality internship and practice platforms for the students.
