From November 27th to 28th, the 2020 GDUFS Sports Meeting was held in the stadium of south campus. The teachers and students of SOB participated in the sports meeting vigorously. Teachers and students showed their vigor and character. It was worth congratulating that SOB won the fourth prize in the student teams overall with a score of 188, and was awarded fourth in the opening entry and the Sportsmanship Award. SOB athletes won gold medals in men’s high jump, women’s 1,500m, women’s 800m, women’s 1,000m relay, women’s 4x400m relay and other events and broke the record of women’s 1,500m with excellent results.

The SOB teachers actively participated in the the sports meeting, Nine teachers, including Chen Weizhen, Hou Guanghui, Li Mintun, Sun Xiuli, Yang Yongshi, Wang Zhen, Luo Yiying, Xiang Yuanwei and Zhang Zhe, outperformed in track and field event. Meanwhile, the SOB teachers actively participated in the fun games in the form of team. The teachers had an unforgettable team experience in the wonderful competition, and also gained good results in many events. In the sports meeting, the SOB teachers and students responded positively, showing a sports spirit of higher, faster, stronger, the campus atmosphere of unity and friendship, and highlighting the philosophy and spirit of the school.
