Learning Office Work Regulations to Upgrade Administrative Work

On January 6, 2021, the training meeting for office work of SOB was held in Room 103 of the MBA Center on North Campus of GDUFS. All administrative staff and counselors of the School of Business attended the training meeting. LI Tao, the chief of Secretary Section of Office of the Party Committee and Headmaster’s Office, LIU Yimei, the head of Cashier and Audit Section of Finance Office, and ZHOU Zhe, the executive director of News Center of Publicity Department, were invited to give lectures on the topics including official writing and meeting arrangement, financial reporting, and news writing and photography, etc.

At the meeting, some teachers had an in-depth and detailed exchange with the lecturer by combining the training theme with the problems encountered in their daily work, and fruitful results were delivered. This meeting aimed to help the administrative staff of the School of Business master the relevant business knowledge, further improve their overall quality and capability, promote the efficient collaboration among the offices. In doing so, the administrative management of the School would be pushed to a new level.
