SOB Holds a Meeting to Promote the Diversion and Change of Majors of Business Administration

At 2: 00 p.m. on March 11, the promotion meeting for major diversion and change of SOB Business Administration was held in Room G207 of the teaching building. DING Hao, Vice Dean of SOB, SHEN Changxia, Deputy Party Secretary, MENG Ding, Director of the Department of Business Administration, ZHANG Hongming, Director of the Department of Marketing, AN Fansuo, Director of the Department of Human Resources Management, and LU Wenjie, Secretary of Educational Affairs, attended the promotion meeting. The meeting was presided over by Vice Dean DING Hao and attended by more than 300 undergraduates from the classes of 2019 and 2020 of SOB.

DING Hao introduced the basic situation of SOB and the characteristics of its disciplines. He also encouraged students to balance their interests and abilities, so as to choose a good direction for their professional development. The three Directors of the departments of Business Administration respectively gave a detailed introduction of each major concerning training goals, teaching team, practice base, and employment prospects. Then, SHEN Changxia made a conclusion of the promotion meeting. In the end, a supplementary speech was made by LU Wenjie on the specific arrangements for the diversion and change of majors. She reminded students to pay attention to the required courses and the course selection of the majors they applied for.

This promotion enables students to have a new understanding of Business Administration and the policy of changing majors. It made it clear the planning of the future development. The present students said that they benefited a lot and will strive to develop in an all-around way in the following life and study.
