On March 18th, the 22nd Academic Forum on Business Studies was held in meeting room 366, the faculties building. The Forum was honored to have Prof. XIE Jun from SOB of GDUFS and Dr. WU Liang from the Academy of Greater Bay Area Studies.

First, Prof. XIE Jun gave his speech under the theme of “The Dark Side of Organizational Informal Communication: A Series of Research on Negative Workplace Gossip from the Perspective of Victims”. After his theme sharing, the teachers present had an in-depth discussion regarding the experimental methods relevant to Prof. XIE Jun’s studies, which gave the young scholars present academic inspiration. And then, Dr. WU Liang from the Academy of Greater Bay Area Studies shared his research on pooling resources. During his sharing, Dr. WU Liang combined his research experience during his doctoral education and listed more than 10 detailed research suggestions for teachers and students present. Teachers and students, especially postgraduate students, benefitted a lot from the sharing.
