On the evening of June 28, the welcome meeting for SOB’s minority students of Class 2021 was successfully held in Room G209 on the South Campus. Deputy Party Secretary SHEN Changxia, Counselor for minority students QIN Yu, LUO Yiying and HUANG Guanfu, Counselors of Class of 2021, and all the minority students of Class 2021 attended the meeting. First, SHEN Changxia extended a warm welcome to the students and encouraged them to study hard and strictly observe the disciplines. Then, the students introduced themselves and shared their thoughts based on books they were required to read of their major. During the interactive session, LUO Yiying extended a warm welcome to the students, suggested them to make good use of time; HUANG Guanfu quoted a Chinese saying to suggest the students make steady efforts and try to make a difference at SOB. All the students expressed that they would make good use of the summer vacation, lay a solid foundation for the future study of their major, make a complete plan for their university life to make it more meaningful.
