On July 6, SOB held a theory learning meeting for the Party committee in Room 366, the Department Building of the South Campus to study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech delivered at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. LIU Zhe, member of GDUFS’s Party History Learning and Education Steering Group and Director of the Audit Department, WANG Dong, Liaison Officer, WEI Chuanwen, Party Secretary of SOB, Dean ZHU Wenzhong, Vice Deans, YUAN Denghua, DING Hao, XU Yiqing, Deputy Party Secretary SHEN Changxia, and secretaries of SOB’s party branches attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by WEI Chuanwen.

At the meeting, WEI Chuanwen, ZHU Wenzhong, and SHEN Changxia shared their thoughts on the learning. Havingstudied General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech, they felt excited, proud and encouraged. They expressed that they will follow the CPC, and do a good job in their own fields.LIU Zhe spoke highly of the importance attached by SOB’s Party Committee to studying the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, analyzed the spirit from aspects such as the development and the great founding spirit of the CPC, and conveyed the school’s requirements on the combination of Party history learning and the school’s work. WEI Chuanwen concluded the meeting and said that SOB will strictly follow the requirements of the school to gradually implement and formulate good plans, to promote the study to be in-depth and practical, and to encourage comrades to combine knowledge with action, and combine the spirit of learning with doing practical things.
