During the teaching practice week in the first semester of 2021, the Business from Education, which has always been popular in the Business Academic Forum, invited all the SOB international teachers to give lectures. This Business Academic Forum included three lectures, all of which were held online under the influence of COVID-19. Each lecture had more than 140 audience.

Lecture 10 of the Business Academic Forum was held on July 5, delivered by Dr. Will Hickey from the US. In the lecture, on the basis of his own experience, he analyzed the problems that relevant enterprises may face and put forward suggestions. He also emphasized the importance of corporate social responsibility in contemporary international human resources development and management. Lecture 11 of the Business Academic Forum was held on the morning of July 7, delivered by Dr. Elena Simona Tomozii, a Romanian teacher. Simona showed the audience in detail how to draw a social relationship graph, and then calculate the relevant values based on the graph, so as to achieve the goal of quantifying social cohesion. Lecture 11 of the Business Academic Forum was held online on the afternoon of July 9. The speaker was Dr. Roni from Bangladesh, a new member of SOB. In the lecture, Dr. Roni was full of passion and combined many vivid examples with theoretical exposition.

These three lectures are novel in content and broad in vision. The three international teachers shared their own practical experience. Vivid examples are readily available, and the form of the lectures is also flexible. All of the listeners have benefited a lot from them. The audience were enthusiastic from beginning to end. Actively participating in the interaction, they said that they had gained a lot, thanks to the rich knowledge and academic feast provided by the teachers.
