On the afternoon of July 17, along with a group of counselors, SHEN Changxia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SOB, visited the students staying in their dormitory so as to ensure that they spend a safe, fulfilling and happy vacation at school. Later on that day, an online summer safety education conference for students staying in school was held by SOB. SHEN Changxia and all the counselors and students from the school attended the meeting which is chaired by ZHANG Zhe, counselor of SOB.

At the meeting, SHEN Changxia emphasized that safety was an important guarantee for students to successfully complete their studies, and also a ground rule for students to grow up healthily. After that, she explained in detail the epidemic prevention and control management regulations and dormitory management regulations of SOB, and urged the students to consciously abide by the school rules and regulations. What's more, she reminded the students of paying attention to traffic safety, and at the same time raising their awareness of anti-fraud. For those staying in school for internship and practice, she stressed that in any activities, good epidemic protection and personal and property safety should be ensured as a premise. Finally, she urged that students would better arrange their lives reasonably, develop a healthy lifestyle, and formulate a reasonable study plan during the vacation.

In response to the specific questions asked by the students, SHEN Changxia gave patient and meticulous answers. The participating students actively cooperated with teachers in the discussion area and interacted with them. The students reacted with their promises that they would consciously comply with the relevant regulations of the school, pay attention to personal safety, and enrich their holiday life. After the meeting, SOB organized all the students to sign the safety commitment letter for staying in school during the vacation.

With the advent of summer vacation, SOB actively responded to the concerns of students, and fully considered the needs of students staying in school for internship and exam preparation. Thus, it provided assistance and services for students, and did a good job in ensuring their safety in school during the summer vacation. The safety education conference enabled the students to raise their awareness and ability of safety precautions.
