On the afternoon of October 10, a group of students and faculty of MBA (Guangzhou Class) of Hong Kong Baptist University visited Guangzhou Engineering Contractor Group Co., Ltd.

Led by Professor YUAN Denghua, Vice Dean of SOB, GDUFS, all teachers and students first visited the Guangzhou Cultural & Art Center. After the tour, the students and teachers went to the headquarters building to hear a wonderful speech entitled "Career Advancement Training" by alumnus LI Ruifeng. The lecture presented the group in an all-around way; all students and teachers not only learned the innovative ideas of advanced enterprises, but also explored more possibilities and future directions of the industry, offering profound thoughts to the development of the industry.

In the concluding part, YUAN Deng Hua thanked Mr. Li for his wonderful sharing, and inspired by the case of Mr. Li's practice, he summarized the underlying logic of business operation as "Tao as the soul, profit as the basis, law as the rule, and extent as the benchmark", which benefited the students greatly.

The half-day mobile class was brief but meaningful to all students and teachers. They learned the state-owned construction enterprise's mission and responsibility of "bearing the grave burden and overcoming difficulties" in the new era, and appreciated the enterprise's "product thinking" and "craftsmanship".
