On December 21, 2021, SHEN Wei, Vice-Chancellor of Deakin University and Yunshan Chair Professor of GDUFS, visited SOB to offer guidance on EPAS (Programme Accreditation System) recertification. DING Hao, Vice-dean of the SOB, and LIU Tianjiao, Head of International Accreditation, participated in the meeting.

On behalf of the School, DING Hao warmly welcomed the guest and reported on the progress accomplished since being granted EPAS accreditation in 2019. He said that the School has made the recertification of EPAS a priority next year. SHEN Wei expressed his appreciation of the SOB’s achievements in recent years and made valuable suggestions for SOB’s EPAS recertification. He commented that the SMILE values of SOB are well-matched with the PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education) of the United Nations, and encouraged SOB to join the PRME initiative to better promote responsibility management education and achieve sustainable development.
