On the morning of January 12, a Conference was held by SOB to summarize the semester and promote the teacher ethics in Room 103 of the Ninth Teaching Building on the North Campus. WEI Chuanwen, secretary of the Party Committee of the SOB, presided over the conference and all the faculty members of the School attended the conference.

At the beginning of the conference, ZHU Wenzhong, dean of the SOB, made a work summary on behalf of the School. He indicated that last year, SOB has made remarkable results in ideological and political work, discipline construction, and personnel training, as well as important breakthroughs in international certification. What is more, multiple undertakings went smoothly, including the internationalization of education, social services and administrative management as well as student management. He mentioned that under the guidance of the Party, SOB would continue to develop in 2022.

Vice deans YUAN Denghua, ZENG Chuhong, DING Hao, XU Yiqing, Deputy Secretary of the party committee SHEN Changxia made additional remarks. ZHANG Xuan shared her experiences of and insights into her tenure as the assistant dean at the SOB. Then, ZHU Wenzhong reported the college's "14th five-year plan" period from the perspectives of development orientation, construction ideas, and main measures. In the conference, the school's 14th five-year plan was approved by the faculty members through voting.

At the conference, a lecture on teacher ethics was given by SHEN Changxia. SHEN emphasized that the University and the School have attached great importance to the construction of teachers’ ethics and faculty members should be profoundly aware of their responsibilities and missions. At the end of the conference, WEI Chuanwen make a summary and expressed his gratitude to all the faculty members for their hard work. Then he drew up the plan for pandemic prevention and control, construction on teacher ethics, and safety education management during winter vacation.
