On January 14, 2022, SOB of GDUFS, went to the People's Government of Baini Town, Foshan, to carry out the signing and opening ceremony of the strategic cooperation of co-construction. The event was successfully held in the Baini Governmental Creative Warehouse Conference Center. SHEN Changxia, Deputy Party Secretary of SOB, MENG Ding, Chairman of the Business Administration Department, WANG Zhen, Secretary of Youth League Committee, LIU Huaguang, Deputy Party Secretary of Baini Town, ZUO Guoji, Deputy Town Mayor and Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Baini Town, and XU Shaoxing, Deputy Party Secretary of the Sanshui District, attended the ceremony. Counselors of SOB and members of the Tsing ma class, a class focused on the training of young Marxists and student cadres of school-cadet organizations, also attended the meeting. The ceremony was presided over by SHAN Feng, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Baini Town.

LIU and SHEN delivered addresses respectively. They analyzed the advantages of resources of Baini Town, and said that the cooperation between SOB and Baini Town would further promote the integration and development of Baini Town and SOB, so that SOB students can carry out a variety of practical teaching activities. Subsequently, WANG and ZUO signed The Agreement on the Joint Construction of Grassroots Youth League Organization under the witness of the delegates. SHEN and LIU signed The Agreement on Jointly Building a Social Practice and Teaching Base for College Students and The Agreement on Jointly Building a Patriotic Education and Curriculum Ideological and Political Practice Education Base. The two sides then carried out the opening ceremony of the Social Practice and Teaching Base for College Students and the Patriotic Education and Curriculum Ideological and Political Practice Education Base. After the ceremony, the delegates visited the Baini Grain Museum.
