On the afternoon of Feburary 21, 2022, SOB held the Staff Meeting for the New Semester of the 2021-2022 academic year online. All faculty members attended the meeting. Party Secretary of SOB WEI Chuanwen presided over the meeting. First of all, WEI introduced the new faculty members and cadres who serve temporary positions this semester and, on behalf of the school, extended a warm welcome to them. Professor ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of SOB, made a summary of the winter vacation work of the School and arranged plans for the new semester. Supplementary speeches concerning income-generating activities, discipline construction and research management, talents development and teaching management, the admissions, teaching and international exchanges and cooperation of MBA, and students work were delivered by Associate Deans including YUAN Denghua, ZENG Chuhong, DING Hao and XU Yiqing, and Deputy Party Secretary SHEN Changxia. At the end of the meeting, WEI Chuanwen delivered a special lecture on teacher ethics and made a summary.

After the meeting, each department and office of the school separately organized work seminars to discuss the priorities of the new semester.
