Under the guidance of GDUFS's systematic philosophy of research 2.0, SOB has enhanced the academic atmosphere by conducting the "Academic Forum on Business", optimizing the "Research incentive system" to improve the academic incentive mechanism, thus creating the first five types of high-level research cultivation projects. Besides, SOB attaches great importance to talents introduction and has achieved a positive impact. In addition, SOB takes discipline construction as a leading force to develop academic teams, initiate the mentor group system, and support discipline evaluation and doctoral site declaration. Recently, Associate Professor LIU Fanglong of SOB published an article in Nankai Business Review, an authoritative journal of management in China.
Nankai Business Review, founded in 1998, is an academic journal of economics and management approved by the General Administration of Press and Publication, supervised by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Nankai University. The journal provides insights into the topical and challenging issues of managing practice in China, tracks the frontiers of international management theory, and serves China's innovation of management and practice.
