On May 25, 2022, SOB held a spring campus recruitment fair dedicated to postgraduates, cooperating with Guangzhou Shiyuan Electronic Technology Company Limited(CVTE) in Conference Room 360 of the faculty building. The CVTE campus recruitment team conducted on-site interviews at SOB, attracting nearly 20 postgraduates from the School of Business and the School of Social and Public Administration for interviews. The guests who participated in this activity were SHEN Changxia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SOB, Counselor Zhang Zhe, CHI Xiaoni, 2019 alumna majoring in marketing and Marketing Manager of CVTE’s New Media Marketing Center.

The interviews adopted a multi-person face-to-face method, including three processes: self-introduction of interviewees, interviewers’ questioning, and interviewers’ introduction of CVTE. After the interviews, SOB and CVTE had in-depth exchanges. Both sides expressed hope to continue the deepening of university-enterprise cooperation so that more outstanding graduates can join CVTE and promote the win-win development of university-enterprise cooperation.

SOB has actively innovated measures to promote employment, including contacting alumni, strengthening multi-channel cooperation, and inviting interviewers from high-quality companies to the campus, which has allowed companies to communicate face-to-face with students and provided students with efficient and convenient employment channels.
