On June 30, in GDUFS, a symposium on academic journals of business management was held as scheduled. Guest speakers, including the editorial director of Nankai Business Review ZHOU Xuan, the deputy editorial director of Foreign Economics & Management WANG Zi, and the editorial director of Quarterly Journal of Management LIN Daomi, were invited to give academic lectures and paper remarks to SOB faculty and students. Also attending the symposium were the Director of GDUFS Academic Research Division CHEN Ping, Dean of SOB ZHU Wenzhong, Associate Dean of SOB ZENG Chuhong, and Director of SOB Graduate Office LIU Fanglong.

During the symposium, CHEN Ping introduced GUDFS' development history, scientific research and project application, and acknowledged SOB's talent training , academic research, social services and faculty development. ZHU Wenzhong expressed his gratitude to the experts and leaders who offered their advice on the development of SOB's business management discipline. ZHOU Xuan, WANG Zi and LIN Daomi gave lectures respectively on the topics of "journal trends, research innovation and academic publication", "experience in topic-choosing, review and submission", and "journals' value system and publication process".

In the end, ZENG Chuhong showed his heartfelt appreciation for the experts present at the symposium. The symposium optimized the academic atmosphere, promoted discipline and academic exchanges, and upgraded the level of SOB's discipline development and academic research.
