On August 29th, 2022, the freshmen meeting for 2022 SoB academic postgraduates was successfully held both online and offline in Conference Room 360, the department office building of the south campus and Tencent Meeting.

Mr. ZHU Wenzhong extended a warm welcome to the postgraduate freshmen on behalf of SoB. WEI Chuanwen told students to adapt to the study and life in GDUFS soon, to be keen in thinking and exploring, and to cultivate innovative thinking. Building on the connotation of management knowledge, ZENG Chuhong reminded students that they should set reasonable goals and maximize their limited time and resources. Drawing on their own experience, LIU Fanglong and XIE Jun encouraged students to uphold their ideal and work hard. At last, SHEN Changxia expressed her wishes and expectations for the postgraduate freshmen

On the afternoon of August 29th, SHEN Zhonghua, Counselor of SoB, gave a lecture on Handbook for Postgraduates to 2022 postgraduate freshmen. On the evening of September 1st, SHEN Changxia, Deputy Party Secretary of SoB, and SHEN Zhonghua, Counselor of SOB, visited students’ dorms to get a better understanding of their situations and actual needs, thus deepening the communication between teachers and students.
