From November 22nd to 24th, the university conducted a three-day international re-accreditation process for the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) undergraduate business administration program. More than 50 people attended the evaluation, including Party Secretary and President SHI Youqi, Vice President LIU Jianda and HE Chuantian, Former Dean of SoB ZHU Wenzhong, Party Secretary XIAO Ximing, and Vice Dean (presiding) YUAN Denghua. The accreditation review was conducted in a combination of online and offline.
The accreditation panel pointed out the strengths and weaknesses of SoB of GDUFS and made specific suggestions for the future development of the business program. On behalf of the University, Vice President LIU Jianda expressed his gratitude to the accreditation experts for their valuable comments. ZHU Wenzhong, Former Dean of SoB, reported on the characteristic positioning and talent cultivation model of the business administration program for undergraduates and answered the questions raised by the accreditation experts.
During the seminar, the accreditation team also exchanged views with senior faculty members, the project management team for undergraduates, representatives of teachers, employers, alumni, and students, as well as members of the quality assurance system of SoB. In the future, SoB will continue to enhance its visibility and influence of Business Studies with the mission of “cultivating international high-end business talents”.
