On the afternoon of February 17, SoB successfully held the faculty and staff meeting of the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year in the octagonal building with the topic of “Fostering High-quality Development of SoB with Practice and Innovation”. All faculty and staff attended the meeting.

Firstly, XIAO Ximing welcomed the new faculty members and temporary cadres of the school and introduced the agenda and purpose of this meeting. YUAN Denghua, Associate Dean, summarized the school work. ZENG Chuhong, DING Hao, and HAN Xiaohua, Associate Deans, and SHEN Changxia, Deputy Party Secretary presented their responsibility scope and working plans respectively. ZHENG Huiqi, a temporary assistant to the Party Secretary of SoB, stated that she would work hard to assist in school work under the support of SoB’s leaders and teachers.

Eventually, on behalf of the leading group of the SoB Party Committee, XIAO Ximing expressed his gratitude to all faculty and staff during the vacation. He also hoped that all people could gather the strength to usher in new chapters with practice and innovation to foster the high-quality development of SoB. After the meeting, each department held working seminars respectively.
