On the morning of March 7th, to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and further strengthen the party’s overall leadership over education, SoB held a seminar on mobilization for the implementation of the “Party Leads SoB Forward” plan in 2023 and party building work at room 360 of the school building. The theme of the seminar was “Promote High-Quality Development of SoB through High-Quality Party Building”.

XIAO Ximing stated the background and the purpose of the seminar, and ZHU Zhenduo shared the experience of establishing a provincial-level model party branch. Then, CHENG Simin shared that the party branches actively focused on the significant work of the school and played a pivotal role as the center of the Party and government offices. Next, WANG Zhen shared how the party branches continued to strengthen the education of Party members’ ideals and beliefs and enhance their awareness of contribution. Furthermore, XIANG Yuanwei introduced how the party branches focused on in-depth theoretical learning and highlighted ideological guidance. YANG Xionghui awarded the Business Administration Faculty Party Branch the title of the fourth batch of provincial-level “The Model Party Branch for Party Building Work”.

TANG Rui spoke highly of the party-building work of SoB and emphasized the need to leverage the Party’s organizational strengths and to carry out all the work to the party branches. At the seminar, everyone had a lively discussion and expressed their willingness to study and understand the contents and spirit of the “Party Leads SoB Forward” plan, so as to promote the high-quality development of SoB with new achievements.
