On the afternoon of June 12, 2025, Session 8 of the “Sixty Years of Glory, Business Towards the Future” Business Series Lectures— “Academic Lecture Hall,” hosted by SoB, was successfully held in Conference Room 366 of Faculty Office Building at the University Town Campus. Professor WANG Hongli from South China University of Technology was invited as the keynote speaker, and she delved into the applications and challenges of artificial intelligence in human resource management, focusing on the cutting-edge topic of “Saving face: Leveraging artificial intelligence-based negative feedback to enhance employee job performance.” The lecture was presided over by Professor XIE Jun, Director of the Department of Human Resources at SoB.
