From December 4 to 6, 2024, School of Business (SoB) at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) successfully hosted the 2024 Asia Pacific Regional Conference of the Academy of International Business (AIB-AP) in Guangzhou. Under the theme “Re-imagine International Business: Accelerate Growth through Collaboration and Digital Transformation”, the three-day conference featured keynote speeches, plenary sessions, and more than 30 specialized seminars. Nearly 200 experts and scholars from around the world gathered to explore the latest trends and challenges in international business, enjoying a rich exchange of academic insights. The Academy of International Business (AIB), as the most influential academic association in the field of international business, has long been committed to promoting academic research and exchange globally. Its Asia Pacific Regional Conference (AIB-AP), as a key branch, plays a significant role in advancing academic research and educational collaboration in the region. This conference not only fostered discussion on innovation and development in international business, but also provided valuable opportunities for close cooperation between academia and industry.
