On the afternoon of December 12, 2024, Business Academic Forum Session 75 was held as scheduled. This forum invited Associate Professor YOU Shuyang, Director of the Center for Organization and Management Theory Research at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics’ SoB Administration, to deliver a lecture for our faculty and students titled “Chinese Context and Theoretical Contributions to Management and Organization Research: A Replication and Extension.” The lecture was presided over by Associate Professor WANG Haibo of SoB. Professor You’s presentation not only provided the audience with profound insights into context-specific research in China, but also pointed out that conducting context-rich Chinese research that attracts international scholars should be a key focus of future research.
