To further advance faculty team-building and promote faculty career development, on the afternoon of May 9, 2025, SoB successfully held a symposium on sharing and exchanging experiences in faculty career development. Professor WANG Huiwen, a recipient of the National Distinguished Young Scholars award, was invited to engage in face-to-face dialogue with SoB’s faculty, discussing growth and development. Professor HAN Xiaohua, Executive Dean of SoB, presided over the symposium. This exchange not only strengthened communication and understanding among the faculty, but also provided valuable experiences and clear direction for SoB’s teachers, especially young teachers, in areas such as career development and the integration of teaching and research.
