Business Academic Forum Session 81 Successfully Held: How Can Suppliers Respond to Trade Friction and Improve Performance—An AI and Customer Engagement Perspective

On the afternoon of March 19, 2025, Business Academic Forum Session 81 was held as scheduled. Professor LIN Zhibin from Durham University Business School was invited to deliver a lecture to our faculty and students on the topic “How Can Suppliers Respond to Trade Friction and Improve Performance: An AI and Customer Engagement Perspective.” The lecture was presided over by Associate Professor SUN Hailong, Director of SoB’s Graduate Office. The seminar featured in-depth discussions on global economic trends in the context of China-US trade friction, corporate management response strategies, and the application of artificial intelligence in academic research, providing attendees with cutting-edge perspectives and practical insights.
