On the morning of April 8, 2024, SoB held Business Academic Forum Session 64 as scheduled. This forum invited Professor ZHOU Wenhui, Deputy Dean of SoB Administration at South China University of Technology, Chief Expert of the Innovation Research Group of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, as the keynote speaker, who delivered an academic lecture to SoB faculty and students titled “Research on Regional Medical Resource Input in China under the Direct Settlement Policy for Out-of-Region Medical Bills.” The lecture was presided over by Associate Professor SUN Hailong, Director of SoB’s Graduate Office, aiming to explore the impact and effects of the out-of-region medical billing policy on regional medical resource input. Professor Zhou’s research has a strong practical foundation and theoretical support, and his findings provide solid support for the development and progress of China’s healthcare insurance.
